Our aim is to ship all orders within 1 working day from the time of order and deliver to you in an efficient and fast as way as possible.

For our UK orders, we will ship your order via either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD.

International Delivery

If you are outside the UK, or wish to have the item delivered to a non UK address, there will be a shipping charge as listed below.

The checkout process will automatically calculate the cost for you based on the below rates.

International shipments are shipped either by Parcelforce International / GLS which within Europe is typically a 4-7 working day delivery or 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Following Brexit in January 2021, where the UK left the EU, taxes and duty became applicable for customers within the EU when receiving packages from the UK.

We have now managed to implement a frictionless delivery option to a number of EU countries where we will prepay any import taxes and duty charges on your behalf. The VAT charges have been added on during checkout so you will have nothing more to pay.  We have listed the countries below where this option is active.

For other countries any duties and taxes will be payable to the local authorities prior to delivery.  The delivery partner in your country will be in touch prior to delivery regarding payment of these charges.
